Our School Holiday Programme of 2021 birthed the CRR Nature Explorers Club! Children can join our weekly online/virtual classes to be introduced to a host of CRR characters and learn the intrinsic value of our natural world in a fun filled and relaxed manner.
The Club offers the following:
- 1 weekly online/virtual classroom session every Thursday afternoon at 3pm;
- 1 outing in the Reserve every 3 months.

Who will be inspiring our children to value our natural world?
The activities have been put together by Sulize Veldsman from SEE Nature, who is in partnership with the CRR. She will lead the virtual classes and outing programme. Sulize has a diploma in Nature Management, specializing in Environmental Education, is a Mother, and resident of the Area.
Costs:
We have a number of options available for parents:
Option 1 – All inclusive monthly package
1 x Virtual Lesson per week
1 x Outing in the CRR once every 3 months
Monthly Fee of R160 per child
Option 2 – Online only package
1 x Virtual Lesson per week
Monthly Fee of R120 per child
Option 3 – Ad Hoc, pay as you go package
1 x Virtual Lesson = R35
1 x Outing in the CRR = R125
Sponsor a Child:
We would very much like our lessons to reach children from all walks of life. Please consider sponsoring a child for the outings. Any Sponsorships received will be offered to children from one of our local primary schools who would otherwise not have been able to attend.
