School Holiday Program – July 2021

July 5 @ 8:30 am - July 23 @ 4:00 pm

- ZAR100.00

From the 5th to the 23rd of July the Crocodile River Reserve will be offering a Holiday Programme that both Parents and children will approve of! Let your children join in the fun filled and exciting outdoor activities and experience true nature.

Why do a Holiday Programme?

The Crocodile River Reserve is committed to educating people about the importance of protecting biodiversity and our natural world. We have various educational activities and biodiversity awareness programmes which we run for school children that are curriculum-based, aligned with the term 1 CAPS and the Platinum Textbooks. This gives children the chance to experience what they learn in class through activity based field outings in the Reserve. We keep the costs to a minimum to make it accessible to as many children and schools as possible and also have a donation option to support a child to attend one of our programmes.

Who will be inspiring our children to value our natural world?

The activities have been put together by Sulize Veldsman, the CRR Environmental Educator, who will lead the holiday programme. Sulize has a diploma in Nature Management, specializing in Environmental Education, is a Mother, and resident of the Area.

What are the costs, activities and how do you book?

A list of the daily activities and the costs are set out below. For any further information we can be contacted on admin@crocodileriverreserve.co.za. Bookings can be done using the form below.

“Nature is a tool to get children to experience not just the wider world, but themselves.”
